Azure Hills Pathfinder Club

Azure Hills Pathfinder Club will have our meeting Wednesday, September 28 at 6:30 pm in the large fellowship hall.  Please remember to wear your field uniform (canary yellow shirt).   This will be the final opportunity to sign up and pay for the up coming Silverwood Lake camp out.  The camp out is scheduled for October 7 - 9. This is a reminder that our next meeting is Wednesday, September 14 at 6:30 pm in the Small Fellowship Hall .  Counselor Henry Cairus will be leading out that night. There are several options that are available to each Pathfinder: 1.  Pathfinder can complete their class by finishing their journals and participating in all activities. 2.  Pathfinder can leisurely work on their journals and participate in chosen activities. 3.  Pathfinder can participate as much as their willing to do. The Pathfinder Journals guide the Pathfinder to complete the class they are in for which they receive special pins and honor patches at the end of the year.   Our goal is to provide a fun program in Christian training where we will all learn practical and social skills, discipline, and Christian values. Hello Pathfinders,   We have a meeting this Wednesday, August 24 at 6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall.  Registration is still open for joining the Pathfinder Club.  The registration forms can be accessed from this site and submitted with your registration fees. Please join us for Pathfinder Vespers this Friday, August 26 in the Sanctuary.  We will have dinner at 5:15 pm in the CMC1 kitchen and vespers at 6:00 pm in the sanctuary. Teen Training Orientation is Sunday, August 7, at 1:00 pm in the Juniors Sabbath School Room. Teen is 14 years old and/or 8th grade on up. Pathfinder Registration is open.  Please fill out the Registration form and Consent/Waiver form and submit with payment at the 1st Meeting on August 10.  The cost is $50.00 per pathfinder.  That includes the $10.00 insurance requirement.  The Class A uniform patches and t-shirts are separate.  We are upgrading the t-shirts to comply with the conference.  The cost for a t-shirt is $6.00.  We will be renting out available uniforms (what ever is left in stock) and t-shirts for the year.  Please donate used uniforms to the club. We will have a Swim Check-Off Sunday, July 10 from 11:00 to 2:00 pm.  This event is for those Pathfinders who have NOT completed their Basic Water Safety or Beginner Swimming Honor . It will be at the Gomes's home.  We will provide snacks and lemonade.  Please let us know if you will be attending.

Great Vespers @ LLU Church as we learned about the founding fathers of Pathfinders.  

Greetings Pathfinders, You are invited to participate in a mission opportunity for Julie Gwinn- a former Azure Hills Pathfinder Director, Azure Hills Church member and all around great person!! when: October 25 What time: starting  at 8 a.m. Where: 22963 Palm Ave ,GT.     ( it is a few blocks from Azure Hills Church) Why: Because it is God's Plan for us to help out! This is an opportunity to get some exercise in the fresh air with your friends, or perhaps make some new friends!   Our group will be caring for the lawn, removing weeds and creating a flowerbed.
