Pathfinder Registration is open.  Please fill out the Registration form and Consent/Waiver form and submit with payment at the 1st Meeting on August 10.  The cost is $50.00 per pathfinder.  That includes the $10.00 insurance requirement.

The Class A uniform patches and t-shirts are separate.  We are upgrading the t-shirts to comply with the conference.  The cost for a t-shirt is $6.00.  We will be renting out available uniforms (what ever is left in stock) and t-shirts for the year.  Please donate used uniforms to the club.

The online company to purchase the uniforms is www.adventsource.org

Uniforms

The Pathfinder uniform is the most visible item of the Pathfinder program. It is worn to help provide the consciousness of belong to a real international organization that stands for noble ideals and represents the Seventh-day Adventist youth of today. It proudly proclaims, “I belong”! Pathfinders come from all backgrounds, but when they are in uniform, all differences are wiped out…they are Pathfinders.

We are officially a Pathfinder Club!   We had our first meeting, we have been blessed by the Azure Hills Church family and we had our first outing.  Thank you all for making this day great!   I would like to express great gratitude to those brave and devoted Pathfinders who braved the triple digit temperatures on Sabbath afternoon. You all deserve a Severe Weather Hiking Honor for your courage and dedication!  It was through God's grace that we did not experience any major issues. I am glad that everyone had a great time (in spite of the extreme heat). Well at least we can claim that we were tempered by fire!!! ;-)

First Meeting - A great start!

First Meeting - A great start! Over 30 Pathfinders attended the first monthly meeting. Teachers Mike and Ellen had everything in order and we had a wonderful and fun meeting. Pathfinders were divided in 7 smaller groups and had the chance to pick a name for their groups. Each Pathfinder were given a folder where activities and printed material for the year will be kept.

Ready for the first Pathfinder's meeting?

We had a nice registration evening last Tuesday (8/17). Almost 40 Pathfinders registered for the 2010-2011 year. Some of these Pathfinders are being promoted from Adventurers, others have been with the club for some time and there is a special group of new kids joining the club for the first time. We would like to welcome all to the club and we are looking forward to know you better. If you would like to join the club and didn't have a chance to come during the registration evening please contact the directors Mike and Ellen as soon as possible. Please email them at mesabangan@sbcglobal.net to learn what you need to do. Our first meeting is September 1st at 6 pm at Azure Hills Church. Instructor Ed Dinger will be teaching the Cycling Honor. He is asking that every Pathfinder bring their own bike helmet to the meeting. Please take time to read the information packet you have received during registration.
