Greetings Pathfinders,

We had a great meeting last week!  We learned what a Ken and a dama have in common, we learned about dog pedigrees, and we made a cool leather key chain.  Sadly, the end of our year is just around the corner....

April 25th: Pathfinder Investiture 4:00-5:00 pm in Main Sanctuary...
 We will have a desert pastries and punch after our meeting.

Ready for the first Pathfinder's meeting?

We had a nice registration evening last Tuesday (8/17). Almost 40 Pathfinders registered for the 2010-2011 year. Some of these Pathfinders are being promoted from Adventurers, others have been with the club for some time and there is a special group of new kids joining the club for the first time. We would like to welcome all to the club and we are looking forward to know you better. If you would like to join the club and didn't have a chance to come during the registration evening please contact the directors Mike and Ellen as soon as possible. Please email them at mesabangan@sbcglobal.net to learn what you need to do. Our first meeting is September 1st at 6 pm at Azure Hills Church. Instructor Ed Dinger will be teaching the Cycling Honor. Rock Climbing

Rock Climbing Click on picture for Photo Album The Pathfinders had a lot of fun this last Sunday (March 20th) at Tresh Hold Climbing and Fitness Center in Riverside. About 20 Pathfinders participated on this activity and all of them were excited learning how to belay and tie proper knots into their harness. We all learned how to trust each other since we had to "let go of the wall" and hang from the rope while our partner at the bottom would slowly lower us.
