Important Information about Camporee. Please Read!

The Camporee is almost upon us. We will be posting here useful and very important information to make this event run as smooth as possible.

There are few details we need to make sure you are aware of before it starts on March 28th:

  • We need to know if you are planning on staying overnight or just spending the day at the Campground. Since the camping will be so close to home some of you might need to come and go during the day. We need to know exactly who is coming or leaving from the campground at any given time.
  • For those planning on staying overnight during the Camporee and will be checking in sometime during the week we will need to know what day you will be arriving.
  • Parents who are camping with us must bring a tent to sleep in. We may be able to coordinate with other parents to share tents.
  • For parents with motor-homes/trailers - Our space is limited so if you are planning on bringing a motorhome or RV we need to know.
  • RV/motorhomes can be set up at the campsite on Wednesday only! Once setup no one leaves the campground until Sunday.
  • For those who are attending on Sabbath only and have registered and paid the $20 per person registration fee directly to the conference we need to know who you are. We have to keep our club together during the sessions on Sabbath so we need an exact head count.
  • Please make sure each pathfinder brings a completed consent form for this event. Please fill this out ahead of time! We will be collecting the forms when you check in at the Camporee.

Attached please find:

Thank you in advance for all your help... for without you all, our club would not exist.
