Mission Inn 2011

Wow, what a weekend!

Sabbath afternoon: I am so glad that many of you showed up for the singing band at the Reche Canyon Rehab and Health Center. I know it was a bit rainy and cold on Sabbath afternoon, but you still showed up. Thank you to all the parents who provided transportation. I believe that the residents, staff, nurses, and other visitors at the center were blessed by your songs, poem, and instrumental numbers. It was wonderful to see and hear you interact with the residents after we sang. Some of those residents don't get a lot of visitors. Thank you for being willing to reach out to them in your own special ways.

Sunday morning: We thank God for answering our prayers for good weather -- the weather was perfect for our Mission Inn Run. I am so proud of all of you -- Pathfinders and parents and friends. The fundraiser was a great success. Thank you!!
