Dear Pathfinders and Pathfinder Parents,

I so enjoyed watching the pathfinders and parents run the 5 K race and the 1/2 Marathon this morning.
We are grateful to those who came to cheer us on and take pictures -- Pastor Choi and Emily, Paulo, Kim and Javan...
Thank you also to those of you who did not run, but who recruited people to run.
All in all, we had 34 people sign up for the different races through our club.
Close to 500 dollars was raised to help support our Azure Hills Pathfinder Club. Thank you for your participation and involvement!

We congratulate Summer Medina for finishing 1st in her age group in the 1/2 Marathon race.
Recognition also goes to Gaby Makowski who placed in the top 100 women in the 5K race.
Kudos to everyone who walked, ran, and most importantly, finished their races.

Special thanks to Pastor Carmen and Pastor Darren for showing their support by participating in the 5 K. Way to go!!!

We had lots of fun preparing for and participating in the Mission Inn Run. We hope those of you who were unable to participate this year will be able to do so next year....we just might do this again.

Sincerely,
Director Mike

Outreach Activity at Reche Canyon Rehab Center

The residents of Reche Canyon Rehab Center had a musical treat this past Saturday. The Pathfinders sang and played their instruments and at the end interacted with all of them. Thank you to the parents who were present and sang with us. Good job Pathfinders! May God bless you all and continue developing your musical talents for His honor and glory and for the good of others. See below for the pictures of this event.

Rock Climbing

Rock Climbing Click on picture for Photo Album The Pathfinders had a lot of fun this last Sunday (March 20th) at Tresh Hold Climbing and Fitness Center in Riverside. About 20 Pathfinders participated on this activity and all of them were excited learning how to belay and tie proper knots into their harness. We all learned how to trust each other since we had to "let go of the wall" and hang from the rope while our partner at the bottom would slowly lower us.
